Shipping & Delivery

At KID, we carefully pack and dispatch every order with the aim of getting your items to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

As courier and delivery costs continue to rise, we have made a few small updates to our shipping rates, especially for larger and heavier items that require special handling. We have done our best to keep these charges as fair and affordable as possible.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

Orders under €99: €7 courier delivery
Orders €99 and above: free courier delivery

Large & Bulky Items

Most larger wooden items and furniture pieces require a €7 bulky item delivery charge, even when your order value is over €99.

This usually applies to heavier, oversized or bulky items such as:

• Wooden kitchens
• Workbenches
• Vanities
• Other heavy or bulky items

These items require different handling and delivery arrangements than smaller parcels. The bulky item charge helps cover a portion of the additional courier cost while allowing us to keep delivery as affordable as possible.

If a bulky item delivery charge applies, it will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Mustard Lockers

Mustard lockers are large, heavy items and require specialist courier handling. A delivery charge of €14.99 applies per locker, up to a maximum delivery charge of €45 per order. This means delivery is capped once you order 3 or more lockers, with any additional courier costs covered by us.

Mustard lockers are usually ordered directly from our supplier and typically arrive within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

As soon as your order arrives with us, we’ll prepare it for dispatch as quickly as possible and send tracking details once it’s on the way.

Mainland UK

Registered post: £7.95

There are no additional duties or taxes, as orders are shipped from our Northern Ireland warehouse.

Orders typically arrive 2–3 business days after dispatch, but please allow up to 5 business days if ordering for a special occasion.

If you need your order urgently, please email us and we will do our very best to prioritise it.

Pickup in Northern Ireland

Pickup is available by request from our Northern Ireland Warehouse.

Please bring your order confirmation email with you when collecting.

Address Requirements

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct, including your eircode or postcode.

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or misdelivery.

During busy periods, we may not always be able to contact you for missing details before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, orders that are delayed or misdelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.

Tracking & Deliveries

A tracking link is provided with every dispatched order. Please use this link for the most up-to-date delivery information.

In rare cases where a courier delay occurs, we will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a parcel has not been located after two working days, we can usually arrange a reshipment where appropriate.

While courier delays are outside our control, we will always advocate on your behalf and work toward the fastest resolution possible.

Furniture & Large Items

Most large furniture items and heavy wooden products may take slightly longer to dispatch due to their size, weight and delivery requirements.

Mustard lockers and other supplier-ordered furniture pieces typically have a lead time of around 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We sincerely appreciate your patience with these larger and more complex shipments.

Preorder Items

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items in the order are available.

If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the value and size of each order.
