- Orders under €60: €5.50 courier delivery.
- Orders €60 and above: FREE courier delivery.
- Orders typically arrive 2-3 days after dispatch, but please allow up to 5 business days if planning for a special day.

- Registered post: £7.95.
- Pickup (NI):
- Local Pickup: Available at our Northern Ireland Head Office in Flurrybridge Enterprise Park, Lower Foughill Road, Unit 1, Block C, Jonesborough, Newry BT35 8SG. You'll be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your email confirmation.
Shipping Information for the Republic of Ireland (ROI):
- We dispatch orders three days a week.

- If you require your order urgently, please get in touch, and we'll make every effort to expedite your delivery.
Shipping to the UK:
- Orders are shipped to the UK from Northern Ireland twice per week, with no additional duties or taxes.

- If you require your order urgently, please get in touch, and we'll make every effort to expedite your delivery.
Address Requirements:
- It is crucial to provide a complete address, including eircode/postcodes, to ensure successful delivery.
- While we attempt to contact you for any missing address details, we cannot always guarantee this during high volume times. Please note that any orders misdelivered due to incomplete addresses will not be refunded or replaced.
Tracking and Deliveries:
- We encourage you to use the tracking link provided for real-time updates on your shipment.
- In the rare event of courier delays, we can investigate and reship after two working days if the item has not been located. Please note that courier delays are out of our control, but we will do everything we can to get a speedy resolution.
Preorder Items:
- Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available.
- Should you need other items sooner, please place separate orders. Note: an additional shipping fee may apply based on the order value for split shipments.
